item-service\src\main\resources\templates\basic

→ form\src\main\resources\templates\form

프로젝트명 변경

item-service → form

templates 하위 폴더

basic → form

컨트롤러 상위 패키지 명 변경

basic → form

Controller 명칭 변경

item-service\src\main\java\hello\itemservice\web\basic\BasicItemController.java

→ form\src\main\java\hello\itemservice\web\form\FormItemController.java
